About the Role - We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development and continuous improvement of our eCommerce platform driving technical innovation and ensuring high-quality delivery across the full stack.

Key Requirements:

  • Architect, design, and implement complex full-stack solutions for the e-commerce application.
  • Lead the development of both back-end and front-end components, ensuring best practices and cutting-edge technologies are utilized.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of WordPress (CMS) modules as required.
  • Manage project workflows using Jira and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
  • Lead code reviews, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Facilitate discussions and refinement workshops with team members and senior stakeholders, providing accurate estimates and technical designs.
  • Spearhead research and implementation of innovative solutions for Bowens APIs (API Architecture), integrations, and third-party products.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Knowledge, Experience, and Expertise:

  • 5-10 years of professional full-stack software development experience
  • Advanced expertise in front-end development frameworks (VUE JS / REACT / NUXT)
  • Proficient in MySQL and PostgreSQL database design and optimization
  • Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
  • Proven experience in application performance optimization and troubleshooting
  • Advanced proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Extensive experience working in and leading Agile development teams
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS and custom development
  • Strong understanding of containerization (Docker), microservices architecture, and cloud environments (GCP preferred )
  • Expertise in TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
