Job Overview:

 

At Foundation AI, we are looking for a Software Engineer who has 2-4 years of work experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong technical background who can contribute to the development process while continuously improving system performance and scalability. Should have Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools/languages. They should possess good communication skills as well as a positive attitude and a drive to learn.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using the technology stack used across the company and list below.System Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement scalable software solutions.Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.Testing & Debugging: Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests to ensure software reliability.Agile Development: Work within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver features iteratively.CI/CD & DevOps: Support continuous integration and deployment processes.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDocumentation: Maintain technical documentation for reference and future development.

Education:

 A B-Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area. 2-4 Years of experience in building enterprise systems in Python, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Web Services, and related technologies.
