About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Java Integration Lead
to spearhead integration projects between
ERP systems
(like
NetSuite
,
Microsoft Dynamics GP
,
SAP
) and
eCommerce platforms
(such as
BigCommerce
and
Shopify
). This role requires you to lead a team of developers, act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, and drive technical solutions across the entire integration lifecycle. You will also serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to advise clients on best practices for system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of integration developers, driving the successful execution of projects focused on ERP and eCommerce platform integrations.
• Architect and implement
  integration solutions
  using
  Java
  ,
  Spring Boot
  , and relevant technologies to connect
  ERP systems
  (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP) with
  eCommerce platforms
  (BigCommerce, Shopify).
• Act as the
  Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  , providing expert guidance and consultation to clients on integration strategies, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement
  RESTful APIs
  and microservices to enable seamless communication between ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and other business applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and conducting regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end integration, including AWS cloud teams for cloud-based deployments and solutions.
• Own the end-to-end integration process, from design and development to testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Ensure the integration solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with internal teams and clients to provide timely resolutions.
• Manage relationships with external partners (such as eCommerce and ERP vendors) to ensure smooth integration and ongoing support.
• Stay current with emerging trends in integration technologies, eCommerce, and cloud development to drive innovation and continuously improve integration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in
  Java development
  ,
  Spring Boot
  , and enterprise-level integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with
  ERP systems
  (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP) and
  eCommerce platforms
  (BigCommerce, Shopify).
• Expertise in designing and implementing
  RESTful APIs
  and
  microservices architecture
  for seamless system communication.
• Deep experience with
  AWS cloud services
  (e.g., AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) and familiarity with cloud-native development practices.
• Experience leading teams and driving projects from inception through to delivery and support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in the context of ERP and eCommerce integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor and SME.
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols and tools such as
  SOAP

  REST

  XML

  JMS
  .
• Ability to create detailed integration documentation and project plans.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional ERP systems or eCommerce platforms, such as

• Certification in

  (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps) is a plus.
• Familiarity with
