Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst in the Support team. The position is located in Bengaluru. The Analyst will be responsible for filing tickets on JIRA, Fixing bugs on eLearning platforms, Checking fixes on platforms and source documents and Ingestion of content on LMS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce ) or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
