About the Role

BEAT Educations is seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP FICO Faculty to join our Calicut branch. The role involves delivering high-quality, practical training sessions on SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules, helping learners build strong technical and functional expertise aligned with industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site training sessions on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling).
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
  • Guide students through real-time projects and case studies for hands-on exposure.
  • Assist learners in preparing for SAP certification exams.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure smooth batch operations.
  • Stay updated on SAP developments to enhance training quality.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SAP FICO (implementation or training).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of FI & CO configuration and integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • SAP FICO certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
