Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum, Hyderabad

Experience Range:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

Must-Have Skills:

Technical Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including:

  • Trigger and Flow frameworks

  • Code bulkification
  • Asynchronous processing
  • Order of execution
  • Code coverage

  • Static code analysis

  • Experience in building and managing API integrations and web services.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

System Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Apex programming and Visualforce development.
  • Hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Metadata API, source control tools (e.g., GitHub), and release management tools like Gearset.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Enjoys solving complex technical and theoretical challenges.
  • Strong critical thinking—able to evaluate problems from multiple angles.
