NBFC Branch Manager – Job QualificationsEducational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in NISM, IRDA, or Credit Management are an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or team handling.
  • Proven track record in loan products such as personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, MSME loans, etc.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of NBFC loan policies, credit underwriting, KYC norms, RBI guidelines, and recovery processes.
  • Ability to manage branch operations, sales targets, customer service, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, Loan Management Systems, and digital lending tools.
  • Good understanding of local market, customer profiling, and competitor analysis.

  • Must have a valid driving license and preferably a two-wheeler.
  • Local language proficiency is mandatory.
