Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented
SEO Executive / SEO Manager
to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing SEO campaigns, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and analytics to drive website visibility, organic growth, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, content structuring, internal linking, and site audits.
  • Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink acquisition, outreach, and guest posting.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team for implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.
  • Manage SEO reports, present findings, and recommend strategies to management.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance overall site performance.
  • If Manager role: Mentor and guide junior SEO executives, manage team deliverables, and oversee multiple client/brand accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an
    SEO Executive / SEO Manager
    (2–6 years depending on role).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
