Position Title: HR Generalist (Male)
Department: Human Resources
Location: Powai, Mumbai

Position Summary
The HR Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by handling a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, HR compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures HR policies, processes, and practices are implemented effectively to support a positive work environment and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate communication.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct new-hire orientation and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and probation review processes.
- Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
3. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports: attendance, leave, attrition, etc.
- Manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, and policy updates.
5. Performance Management
- Support performance reviews & annual performance appraisal cycles.
- Communicate timelines, coordinate reviews and follow up with stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying performance improvement or development needs.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
7. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with audits, statutory filings, and policy implementation.
8. HR Projects
- Participate in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience
- 2–4 years of HR generalist experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR functions .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Environment
- Work from office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
