We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Catalogue Manager to manage product listings, content optimization, and catalogue hygiene across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. If you have a strong understanding of marketplace operations and a knack for organizing data, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversion
  • Monitor live listings to ensure accuracy in pricing, stock, and product information
  • Coordinate with the design team for images and content creation
  • Conduct regular audits of listings to maintain catalog quality
  • Handle bulk uploads and flat files for product cataloguing
  • Ensure brand compliance and resolve listing issues or errors quickly
  • Monitor customer reviews and ratings and take action on product feedback
  • Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for improving listing performance

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing catalogues on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Meesho
  • Strong knowledge of product listing tools, flat files, and keyword optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic image editing tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple SKUs across categories
  • Familiarity with listing policy guidelines and marketplace seller dashboards

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with inventory management systems
  • Basic knowledge of advertising on marketplaces (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, electronics, or FMCG categories is a plus
