Overview:Own outcomes for analytics experiences powered by symplr's Data Platform across symplr product portfolios. You will translate customer and product needs into curated datasets, semantic models and BI–based solutions partnering with the Platform Services group to deliver secure, scalable, multi-tenant analytics.Duties & Responsibilities:Product strategy & roadmap – Define the vision and measurable outcomes for product analytics including reuse of shared data models and componentsRequirements & discovery – Drive problem framing with customers and internal product teams; write PRDs that specify KPIs, RLS/tenant isolation, lineage, SLAs and success metrics.Data productization – Specify transformations, dimensions/measures & semantic layer contracts needed for analytics.Build the analytics UX – Partner with BI developers: information architecture, standardized design patterns and accessibility.Governance & security – Enforce PHI/PII handling, RLS, auditing and access reviews in partnership with Security.Delivery leadership – Run the product lifecycle (Discovery -> MVP -> GA), manage backlogs and drive predictable increments with BI/Data Engineering.Stakeholder comms – Publish roadmaps, release notes & adoption playbooksSkills Required:Qualifications/Skills:5+ years in product management for data/analytics; shipped multi-tenant BI at scale.Data fluency – Comfortable reading/writing SQL; can reason about schemas, data lineage and quality.BI expertise – Hands-on with Power BI (preferred) and/or Tableau: modeling, RLS, deployment pipelines and governance at tenant level.Cloud & pipelines – Familiar with AWS; understand ELT/ETL patternsSecurity & compliance – Working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI considerations, least-privilege access and auditability.Execution – Strong backlog management, writing crisp PRDs/user stories and leading cross-functional delivery (Data Engineering, BI, Application Engineering, QA).Communication & influence – Clear storytelling for execs and deep-dive detail for engineers; able to align diverse product teams.Nice to have:Healthcare domain exposure.Experience with Aha & ADO.
