Drucks is building the future of footwear from the ground up. We are not creating another sneaker brand. We are rethinking how footwear should be designed, personalised, manufactured, and experienced.

Think of Drucks as what Apple did to phones or Tesla did to cars, but for footwear. Hyper personalised. Custom fit. Ultra premium. Built with deep tech, obsessive design thinking, and an uncompromising focus on comfort and experience.

We are building our own technology stack including printers, materials, and software. Design at Drucks is not about styling a product. It is about shaping a completely new category.

The Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who will define the design philosophy of Drucks from day one.

This role is not limited to footwear designers. If you are a product designer who understands luxury, premium experiences, and customer-centric design, and you want to build something truly new, this role is for you.

You will lead how Drucks thinks about form, function, comfort, materials, details, and customer experience. You will design not just products, but principles.

What You Will Do

  • Define the core design philosophy and visual language of the Drucks brand
  • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and aspirations and translate them into meaningful products
  • Design products that are innovative and future-first, not bound by existing industry standards
  • Work closely with engineering, material science, and manufacturing teams to push what is possible
  • Obsess over details, proportions, textures, comfort, and user experience
  • Challenge assumptions and redesign footwear from first principles
  • Build concepts, prototypes, and narratives that communicate the future of footwear
  • Set the foundation for how all future Drucks products will be designed

Who We Are Looking For

  • A product designer with a strong understanding of luxury and premium desig
  • nSomeone who designs with deep customer empathy, not just aesthetic
  • sAn innovator who wants to create what does not yet exist, not just improve what already doe
  • sA sharp eye for detailing, materials, proportions, and finis
  • hSomeone who questions industry norms and is comfortable breaking the
  • mComfortable working in early-stage environments with ambiguity and ownershi
  • pExperience in footwear is a plus, but absolutely not mandator
  • yExperience in industrial design, consumer products, lifestyle, automotive, or luxury products is highly welcom
  • eExposure to 3D design, CAD, or computational design is a plus, but mindset matters mor
