Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Matron - Nursing Head to join our team at Medico Hub, specializing in healthcare staffing solutions. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Talegaon Dhamdhere, Pune, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The Nursing Head will provide leadership in patient care management and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Clinical leadership expertise with a proven ability to guide nursing teams and improve clinical outcomes (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in patient care management, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to care standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in staff scheduling to optimize resource allocation and efficiency within the department.
  • Capable of team supervision, including mentoring and supporting team members to promote professional development.
  • Strong background in quality assurance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of infection control practices to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  • Skilled in policy implementation, translating organizational objectives into actionable policies and procedures.
  • Experience in performance appraisal, adept at evaluating staff performance and providing constructive feedback.
