Position: Social Media Specialist
We are seeking a young, enthusiastic, and creative Digital Media Specialist who lives and breathes digital media. If you're passionate about crafting engaging online experiences and have at least 2 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, we'd love to have you on our team
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage creative and impactful digital media strategies
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) – including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; generate reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing
- Ensure brand consistency in all communications by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor online reputation; respond to customer queries, messages, and feedback promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital media strategy and execution
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, advertising strategies, and analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva, or equivalents
- Strategic thinker with a creative edge and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in basic graphic design and video editing
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and online partnerships

Work Details
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 2nd and 4th Saturdays
Week Off: Sundays, 1st and 3rd Saturdays
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (2 minutes' walk from the railway station)
