About the Role

As a Senior Support Analyst at NetConnect Global (NCG), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our financial systems. You will be part of a 10-member support team, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to address incidents, perform daily operational checks, and implement service improvements. Your contributions will directly impact system stability, service delivery efficiency, and overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications to enhance system performance.
  • Act as the primary contact for end users, performing first-level investigations and providing solutions to known issues.
  • Conduct daily health checks including SOD/EOD processes to ensure a stable production environment.
  • Monitor alerts, perform incident triage, and coordinate with development and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Take ownership of service improvement projects to boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to communicate issues, suggest enhancements, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Participate in long-term improvement initiatives within the support function.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Support Analyst, preferably in the financial services domain.
  • Strong understanding of financial terms, accounting system processes, instruments, and transactions.
  • Proficient in ITIL Operation Methodology with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux and Windows servers, including vulnerability remediation.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, monitoring, and CI tools on UNIX and Windows platforms (preferably Ansible).
  • Familiarity with automation tools for deployment, customization, upgrades, and monitoring through DevOps practices.
