Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Executive at The Den, located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable process including generating and distributing invoices, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing accounts receivable processes and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is imperative
