Job Description:

StudyLinks International, a leading overseas education consultancy, is seeking an experienced Branch In-Charge to manage our Kozhikode branch operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee the counseling team, ensure smooth branch performance, and drive growth through quality student services.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Lead and motivate the counseling and support teams
  • Ensure achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and universities
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and quality checks
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities locally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (education-related field preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in the study abroad or education sector
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer handling experience
