Role:
Pricing Expert – Semiconductor Assembly & Test

Location:
Vemagal, Karnataka

Experience:
5–8 years (Semiconductor Assembly & Test pricing background mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain
    pricing models and frameworks
    specific to semiconductor assembly and test services and products.
  • Analyze
    market trends, competitor pricing, cost structures
    , and
    customer segments
    to recommend optimal pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance
    teams to gather data and validate pricing assumptions.
  • Support the Sales team with
    pricing proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
    , ensuring alignment with company policies and margin targets.
  • Monitor and track
    pricing performance and profitability metrics
    ; provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.
  • Lead
    pricing reviews and updates
    in response to changes in raw material costs, process improvements, and competitive dynamics.
  • Participate in
    cross-functional projects
    related to product launches, cost reductions, and market expansions.
  • Ensure alignment with
    global pricing policies
    , regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide
    training and support
    to Sales and customer-facing teams on pricing strategies and value communication.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Undergraduate degree – B.E./B.Tech, B.Com, or BBA
  • Proven experience in
    Semiconductor Assembly & Test pricing

Preferred:

  • Post-graduation – MBA (Finance), CMA, or CA
