Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce waste and costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering principles, lean methodologies, and production systems to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety.

  • Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resources.

  • Design and modify production layouts, tools, and equipment for optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to solve operational challenges.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to track KPIs and present findings to management.

  • Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of industrial technologies.

  • Evaluate workstation ergonomics and recommend improvements for workforce safety and comfort.

  • Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Master's degree or certification in Lean Six Sigma (preferred).

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process mapping, and value stream analysis.

  • Proficiency in industrial engineering software tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.).

  • Familiarity with safety standards and quality systems (ISO, OSHA).
