Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Monitor website traffic, analyze data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly campaigns.
  • Work on link-building strategies, outreach, and maintaining high-quality backlinks.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
  • Manage company's social media presence and run campaigns for engagement & lead generation.
  • Track and report performance of SEO/SEM campaigns against KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO & digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics & Data Studio.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
