Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements, application architecture, and testing needs. - Design and develop a comprehensive automation testing strategy aligned with industry best practices and project objectives. - Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies based on project requirements. - Define and document automation testing processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability across projects. - Create detailed automation test plans, identify and prioritize test cases suitable for automation, and design reusable and scalable test automation frameworks. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and maintainability of the application codebase. - Mentor a team of automation test engineers in developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts and scenarios. - Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and configure test environments, data, and tool integrations. - Analyze automated test results, generate comprehensive test reports, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in test automation, particularly in enterprise applications like SAP. - Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as TOSCA. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Project management skills. - Excellent communication skills.
