Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Ampcus Tech Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top IT talent for our various client and internal needs. As an IT Recruiter, you will be instrumental in ensuring we bring in the best candidates who are aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various IT roles (Software Engineers, System Administrators, Project Managers, etc.) across different levels.
- Client Interaction: Understand the hiring requirements from clients (internal or external), and provide the right talent fit.
- Job Postings & Sourcing: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media platforms, and other channels to post job openings and attract relevant candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls, assess resumes, evaluate technical skills, and shortlist candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients to ensure long-term success.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive job market to assist with recruitment strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, roles, technologies, and skill sets (Java, .NET, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc.).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidate skills, potential, and cultural fit.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for talent acquisition and people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with global clients is a plus.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
- Prior experience with technical roles and understanding of tech-specific terminologies and frameworks.
