Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. The role involves the design, development, and integration of embedded systems, including hardware, firmware, and HMI interfaces, with a strong focus on end-to-end product development from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and validate embedded electronic systems (hardware and firmware).
  • Develop and test PCBs using design tools such as OrCAD, Altium, or other EDA platforms.
  • Build and implement HMI interfaces for real-time machine control and visualization.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware and software development cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, R&D Italy, Quality, etc.) for system integration.
  • Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in embedded systems and electronics development.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded C/C++, and RTOS.
  • Proficiency in communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus).
  • Expertise in PCB design, schematic capture, and layout.
  • Familiarity with HMI development tools and real-time machine interface design.
  • Skilled in using test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters).
  • End-to-end product development exposure (concept to manufacturing).
