Job Description:

The candidate is responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate TG. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
  • Conceptualizing and designing visual elements, such as logos, graphics, and layouts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and Operations.
  • Presenting final designs to clients or stakeholders for approval
  • Creating and maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of work
  • Ensuring designs are consistent with brand guidelines and best practices
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Skills required for 2D Graphic designer:

  • Strong skills in graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong visual storytelling and composition skills
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines
  • Understanding of web design and interactive design principles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing their skills
