Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in Gold Loan processing and related customer services.

• Support KYC documentation and verification procedures.

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable financial solutions.

• Participate in on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced Relationship Managers.

• Contribute to achieving branch sales and service goals.
