Role Overview:
Ten 11 Hospitality is looking for a polite, efficient, and service-oriented Lounge Waiter to join our Inej Digital Lounge team in Vadodara.
The ideal candidate should have strong F&B service knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality table and lounge service to guests.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards of the lounge.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and professionalism.
- Support team members during busy hours and special events.
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines strictly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years experience as Waiter/Server in lounge, hotel, or restaurant.
- Diploma in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of F&B service basics.
- Presentable, polite, and team-oriented.
Location: Vadodara – Inej Digital Lounge
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Best in Industry + Meals + Sales Incentive
