Job Description

Tavant Technologies is seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python, Django, and React. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, driving end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring high-quality software solutions within a hybrid work environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role, including project delivery and team mentorship.

Technical Skills

Frontend:

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React.
  • Experience with Yup, Formik, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Chakra UI.
  • Sound understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Backend:

  • Proficiency in Python and Django.
  • Experience with Celery for asynchronous task processing.
  • Strong database experience with Azure SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Redis Cache for performance optimization.
  • Experience with API development and JSON data structures.
  • Understanding of application security and data protection best practices.

Cloud Services:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Portal, Resource Groups, and Blob Storage.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and overseeing project delivery.
  • Strong decision-making and task prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and results-oriented work environment.

General Skills

  • Proficient in Git or other version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
