Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design function and manage visual communications across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring abstract ideas to life through impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, brochures, ads, signage, branding, and website materials

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to develop visually cohesive brand narratives

  • Take full ownership of design projects from concept to delivery

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

  • Guide and mentor junior designers (if any) and review their work

  • Stay updated with design trends and apply relevant innovations

  • Work closely with photographers and videographers to align visuals with marketing goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of professional design experience

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Experience in real estate design (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
