About Us

We are seeking a Mid-Level C# / SQL Server Developer to join our in-office development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust backend systems, ensuring optimal performance, and contributing to the continued success of our healthcare software products.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Build and optimize database-driven applications, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Collaborate with the product management and QA teams to implement new features and resolve issues.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis for application and database issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and database structures.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best development practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in application development using C# / .NET.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, API development, and data access layers.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles and database normalization.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC or .NET Core.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or front-end frameworks.
  • Exposure to SaaS applications or healthcare information systems (EHR/EMR).
  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud environments.
