Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives related to time, cost, quality, safety, and statutory standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution


• Lead end-to-end project management from conception to completion for multiple civil construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).


• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.


• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, coordination meetings, and review of contractor schedules and reports


• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, design specifications, contract requirements, and approved construction methodologies


• Ensure full compliance with all relevant local laws, building regulations, safety codes, and statutory permits throughout the project lifecycle

Client & Stakeholder Management


• Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.


• Provide timely project updates, reports, dashboards, and risk assessments.


• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Contract & Vendor Management


• Review technical designs, BOQs, tender documents, and contract agreements.


• Assist in contractor evaluation, selection, negotiation, and appointment.


• Monitor performance of contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.

Risk, Quality & Safety Management


• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.


• Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety management systems.


• Conduct periodic audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

Team Leadership & Coordination


• Lead and guide site engineers, project coordinators, and support staff.


• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.


• Support the leadership team in developing operational processes and project governance frameworks.

Reporting & Documentation


• Prepare MIS reports, progress dashboards, cost tracking, and delay analysis.
