We are hiring PRODUCT MANAGER for a leading pharmaceutical company in India

Experience: 3-9 years

Location: Nahur, Mumbai (on-site)

Type: full-time

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in pharma management

CTC: as per industry standards 

Ideal candidate:

Seasoned professional with minimum 3-9 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in new product launches, operational tasks, financial management, building relationship with KOLs, product performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps that align with our mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, ensuring our products stay ahead of the curve.

3. Define clear product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

4. Partner with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to drive product development from concept through commercialization.

5. Analyze market data to uncover new opportunities and potential threats, positioning the products for success.

6. Develop business cases for new products or enhancements, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

7. Develop and execute compelling go-to-market strategies that maximize product impact.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and customers.

9. Coach and develop PMT Team for higher responsibilities.

The experienced & relevant professional should be living in Mumbai or nearby in Maharashtra.
