Software Engineer

Location: Mohali | Experience: 8+ Years | Company: Seasia Infotech

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will help design and build scalable cloud-based solutions, working on the next-generation reverse logistics and trade-in platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and prepare documentation.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using best practices.
  • Work with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elastic, AngularJS, and related technologies.
  • Participate in design/code reviews, QA, and change management.
  • Support and troubleshoot applications, including on-call rotations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years in software development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
  • Experience with AngularJS/ReactJS and full SDLC.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding team members is a plus.
