Amrut Energy is a leading provider of pumps, motors, and electrical products catering to industrial, agricultural, and domestic applications. We believe in delivering quality products with reliable service and are expanding our sales team to strengthen our market presence across India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pumps, motors, and electrical products in assigned territories.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks.
- Identify potential customers in hardware, plumbing, sanitary, pipe, and electrical line industries.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
- Ensure timely order follow-up, payment collection, and customer support.
- Maintain records of sales activities and submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 2–3 years in Sales (Pumps / Motors / Electrical / Hardware / Plumbing / Sanitary / Pipe / Wire industries preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Knowledge of local market and dealer network
Education:
- Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Marketing (preferred)
- ITI Electrical background candidates with sales experience can also apply
Salary & Benefits:
- 18,000 – 22,000 per month (in-hand) Depends on experience and interview
- Incentives based on target achievement
- Travel allowance as per company policy
