Job Title: IT Infrastructure Management

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Support professional with 1215 years of expertise in managing enterprise infrastructure environments. The role requires strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, and IT security, along with proven experience in leading and mentoring IT teams. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable IT operations, security compliance, and smooth service delivery to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT infrastructure support team, ensuring high availability of systems and services.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT security systems.
  • Manage firewall, endpoint security, and related IT security controls to safeguard the organizations environment.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and capacity enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and project delivery.
  • Drive implementation of IT best practices, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance reports for IT infrastructure.
  • Support digital initiatives and ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux), networking, and IT security solutions.
  • Experience in firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency in virtualization, storage, and cloud-based infrastructure will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM will be a strong plus.
