Role Description

Revue Insights is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead a small, agile engineering team in building innovative workflow automation solutions. As a technical leader, you will oversee software development projects, apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

Qualifications


• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in software development with relevant technologies.


• Strong foundation in Computer Science and software engineering principles.


• Proficiency in programming, software development fundamentals, and general awareness of cloud applications.


• Experience with SQL databases is an added advantage.


• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).


• Strong business analysis skills and ability to engage with clients to define scope.


• Experience in converting scope into functional and technical documentation is a plus.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Relevant certifications and experience in leading software projects are a plus.


• Knowledge of integrating and collaborating with AI platforms is desirable.
