Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join our AMS (Application Management Services) team. The ideal candidate will have 46 years of strong SAP WM experience in a support environment, managing incidents, service requests, enhancements, and system stability. The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations through SAP WM. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1, L2, level support for SAP WM module as part of the AMS team. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and apply permanent fixes to recurring issues. Handle minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing of SAP WM functionalities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, LE) for issue resolution. Support batch jobs, interface monitoring, and IDoc error handling. Maintain documentation for incident resolutions, known errors, and standard operating procedures. Assist in user training and support documentation as needed. Participate in regular support review meetings and reporting activities.

Required Skills and Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM with a strong focus on support/AMS projects. Good understanding of WM processes: goods receipt, goods issue, putaway, picking, inventory management, transfer orders, etc. Experience in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, SC3 Familiarity with IDocs, batch jobs, and interface error resolution.

Experience in SAP WM integration with MM, SD, and LE modules. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end users and business stakeholders.
