Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / Diploma in Computer Applications)

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain reports (production, inventory, purchase, dispatch, etc.) using MS Excel and company ERP/software.
  • Typing letters, quotations, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee, client, and vendor databases.
  • Support departments by providing accurate data and printing necessary documents.
  • Manage filing (digital and physical) and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues or coordinate with IT support.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and summaries for management review.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Email drafting
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of ERP / Tally / Data management systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Work Timings:

  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
