Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, and respond to all questions with clear, courteous communication.
- Reservations & Billing: Manage room bookings, cancellations, modifications, and process payments accurately.
- Communication & Coordination: Answer phone calls and emails professionally, relay messages promptly to housekeeping, F&B, or maintenance teams, and keep guests well-informed.
- Problem Resolution: Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve guest complaints or escalate issues when needed.
- Records & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, guest records, and financial transactions in the property management system (PMS).
- Safety & Security: Monitor lobby activity, follow hotel safety procedures, and protect guest confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
