Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Maize Production Head, located in Khammam, Telangana with some work-from-home flexibility. The Maize Production Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maize production including planning and implementing production schedules, ensuring quality control, managing production teams, and coordinating with supply chain and logistics. The role involves monitoring crop health, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with agricultural standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in agricultural production techniques, specifically in maize cultivation
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Ability to manage and lead production teams effectively
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics within the agricultural sector
• Understanding of agricultural standards, practices, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• Experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry is preferred
