Role Definition

Manufacturing Technician is one who is responsible for timely manufacturing activities in the organization.

Exp Required : 1 TO 3 YRS

Responsibility Deliverable

  1. Planning

  2. Production/ Assembly of Accessories & Equipment

  3. Internal trial

  4. Record Keeping

  5. Vendor visit

Tasks & Activities

Planning

· Assisting Head Production and Development in planning of manufacturing schedule.

Production/Assembly of Accessories and Equipment

· Manufacturing of equipment's with desired specifications and quality.

· Reduce materials costs to the lowest levels consistent with quality objectives. Cost saving budgeting and targeting.

Internal trial

· Conduct internal trials for meeting specifications and quality standards and make a QC report and final inspection report separately for each product.

Record Keeping:

· To carry out a comprehensive review on dispatched material or products, maintain data sheet given by ISO team for each & every products and it should be approved by respective HOD/ Sr. Mfg. Engineer.

Vendor Visit

· Manufacturing technicians needs to visit vendors at the time of urgency of work.
