As the Senior Manager, Software Engineering for the Sam's Club InClub group, you will lead a talented team of software developers and architects responsible for building and optimising the core systems that power Sam's Club operations—including Club Receiving, Club Inventory, and Club Fulfilment. What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust software solutions for Club Receiving, Inventory, and Fulfilment systems.
• Champion the integration of GenAI and AgenticAI technologies, driving automation, intelligent decision-making, and adaptive workflows across club operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, operations, other engineering areas and data science—to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including code quality, security, scalability, and performance.

What You'll bring

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in large-scale, complex environments.
• Deep expertise in designing and building enterprise-grade systems, ideally within retail or supply chain domains.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, AgenticAI, or related AI/ML technologies, and a passion for driving their adoption in real-world applications.
