  • To arrange refreshments and other amenities to make customers comfortable.
  • To ensure allocation of service advisor to customer within the stipulated time.
  • Guide customer to the service advisor's desk.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly report.
  • Preparing and maintaining daily reports related to entry and exit of vehicles turned up in workshop.
  • Keep record of pick up and drop allocation.
  • Ensure customer lounge area is neat and in proper condition.
  • Ensure daily collection of customer feedback forms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
