We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Data Engineer to join our Mumbai-based team. The individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure that support high-stakes investment and business decisions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including investment, product, and operations - to deliver impactful analytics and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities :

§ Build and maintain data engineering pipelines and infrastructure that power critical investment and business decisions.

§ Quickly understand and address real-world data challenges - focusing on practical solutions for questions like latency vs resilience, duplication vs real-time access, and normalized vs flattened data.

§ Work closely with investment, product, and operations teams to deliver flexible, robust analytics and reporting solutions

§ Identify and own high-impact projects, making sense of ambiguous requirements and driving initiatives from idea to production.

§ Prioritize outcomes: quickly build functional prototypes, iterate, and deliver production-ready, scalable solutions.

§ Interest in finance, especially trading, investing, or wealth management.

§ Experience with data engineering for analytics and reporting, such as ETL, data warehousing, or BI stack integration

§ Exposure to a range of tools and platforms, with a willingness to quickly learn new technologies as needed.
