- Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, including medical and non-medical staff.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Coordinating and conducting training programs for staff development and professional growth.
- Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting managers in performance management.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee benefits, compensation packages, and payroll.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including those specific to healthcare.
- Policy Implementation: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Employee Morale and Retention: Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and reduce turnover.
