Job Summary

Link for Loans Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telemarketer with strong communication skills and knowledge of bank loan products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining various loan options, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Work Location : Changanassery and Kayamkulam

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers to explain available loan products and services.
• Provide accurate information about personal, home, and business loans.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
• Ensure a professional and customer-friendly approach in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, telesales, or banking/loan-related roles preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with bank loan products is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication in Malayalam and English, persuasive speaking ability, and good telephone etiquette.
• Preference for Female candidates
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills are an added advantage.

Salary

• As per industry standards; based on experience and performance.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
