We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead our Financial Accounting team, with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to senior management.
- Manage and supervise a team of accountants and financial analysts, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion of tasks.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
