Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Deputy Manager-Sales for a reputed real estate company in GCC(Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Doha) location.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
  • Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
  • Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
  • Generate, qualify leads and prospect for new business.
  • Source and develop client referrals.

Additional pointers to be considered:

  • A Valid passport
  • No history of being deported/blacklisted from UAE/Qatar
  • Prior work experience in the UAE/Qatar
  • Have lived in the UAE/Qatar in the past
  • Have family in the UAE/Qatar
  • Notice Period (if any) should be less than a month
  • No medical history of the following - HIV and AIDS screening, Pulmonary tuberculosis, Leprosy, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
  • Family Background- are there financial commitments, dependency for taking care of any family member etc.
  • No of job switches/industry switches in the past and the frequency of it.
