About the Role

EasySkill Career Academy is hiring an AI Expert who thrives at the intersection of Education and Innovation. We are not just a training institute; we are building real-world AI products.

We need a hands-on engineer who can train students in cutting-edge AI technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, Python) and dedicate 40% of their time to building internal AI agents and automation tools for the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Mentorship (60%)

  • Train students in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning fundamentals.
  • Conduct advanced workshops on Generative AI (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Guide students on Capstone Projects (e.g., Building Chatbots, AI Agents, Recommendation Systems).
  • Simplify complex math/algorithms for non-technical students.

2. Product Development (40%)

  • Work with the HOD to build AI Agents for internal operations (e.g., Automating CRM data entry, fine-tuning models on Odoo data).
  • Develop and deploy custom chatbots using LangChain, OpenAI API, or Open Source LLMs (Llama/Mistral).
  • Implement AI automation workflows using tools like n8n or Zapier.

Skills & Tech Stack

  • Core: Python (Pandas, NumPy), Scikit-Learn.
  • GenAI & LLMs: LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, Vector Databases (Pinecone/ChromaDB).
  • Automation: Experience with APIs (REST), n8n, or creating AI Agents is a huge plus.
  • Deployment: Basic knowledge of Streamlit, Flask, or Docker.
