Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technologist at CWF Labs: Transdisciplinary Healthcare and Research based in Bolpur, Santiniketan. The Laboratory Technologist will perform daily laboratory tests, manage laboratory equipment, and ensure accuracy through routine quality control procedures. Responsibilities include analyzing samples, recording and interpreting data, and maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment while collaborating with the healthcare team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma Medical Laboratory Technology and a strong understanding of laboratory processes
• Demonstrated skills in operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
• Strong Laboratory Skills and attention to detail in conducting experiments and testing
• Analytical Skills and experience in applying Quality Control measures in laboratory procedures
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a healthcare or research organization or rural areas for a minimum of 1 year
