ey Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments (PF, ESI, PT).
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure effective financial control.
- Implement internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
- Supervise and guide junior accountants and accounts staff.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- .Minimum 5–10years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing / trading / service industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
